The site is located approximately 250 feet south of <br /> Linne Road and 750 feet east of MacArthur Drive, south of Tracy. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> A field visit on January 7, 1993 , revealed substantial inaccuracies <br /> in the site plan submitted on December 1, 1992 . In addition, the <br /> site improvements do not conform to the approved Improvement Plan <br /> of Site Approval Application No. SA-89-26. Before this project is <br /> approved, the applicant shall submit a revised site plan that <br /> accurately reflects physical conditions at the site. <br /> The following are tentative recommendations which will be modified <br /> to reflect the revised site plan: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
