ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire.department access be less than twenty (20) feet side). FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes <br /> and ordinances. <br /> (2) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code <br /> and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building <br /> Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - PA-0500686 <br />
