(C.F.C. 1103.2.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Michael Callahan, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development <br /> Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> c. Dedication to result in a 25-foot-wide right-of-way from the centerline of Live Oak Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 063-100-19 and 063-130-01. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $720.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square feet of building designated as Manufacturing in the Lockeford area. The fee shall-be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> g. Prior to construction, this project must submit a Construction Notice of Intent(NOI) to comply with <br /> the State's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) construction permit to the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board and develop and implement a Construction Storm Water <br /> Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br /> h. Prior to beginning processing operations, this site must submit an Industrial Notice of Intent(NOI) <br /> to comply with the State's NPDES industrial permit to the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> and develop and implement an Industrial SWPPP. <br /> i. A Reclamation Board ermit shall be required for the process water pump station prior to any <br /> p <br /> building permit. No process water shall be discharged to Bear Creek. <br /> j. The site construction shall not result in a run-off increase to Bear Creek. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Lisa Medina, 468-3455) <br /> a.
