U S (6) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property. (C.F.C. 105.2.1) (7) A technical report to determine the acceptability of technologies, processes, products, facilities, materials, and uses attending the design, operation or u"se of the building or premises may be required. (C.F.C. 1103.2.4) 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Michael Callahan, 468-3000) a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- 1145.5) c. Dedication to result in a 25-foot-wide right-of-way from the centerline of Live Oak Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 063-100-19 and 063-130-01. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $720.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as Manufacturing in the Lockeford area. The fee shall-be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. g. Prior to construction, this project must submit a Construction Notice of Intent(NOI) to comply with the State's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) construction permit to the State Water Resources Control Board and develop and implement a Construction Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). h. Prior to beginning processing operations, this site must submit an Industrial Notice of Intent(NOI) to comply with the State's NPDES industrial permit to the State Water Resources Control Board and develop and implement an Industrial SWPPP. i. A Reclamation Board ermit shall be required for the process water pump station prior to any p building permit. No process water shall be discharged to Bear Creek. j. The site construction shall not result in a run-off increase to Bear Creek. 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Lisa Medina, 468-3455) a. Prior to final occupancy, the applicant shall obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280).
