(Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[e]) To reduce gravel being distributed onto Live Oak Road from trucks <br /> existing the project, the applicant would be required to pave the first 100 feet of <br /> driveway. <br /> Drainage <br /> There are no public storm drainage services available to the project site. All storm drainage <br /> runoff is required to be retained on site. (Development Title Section 9-1135). The applicant <br /> r is proposing a retention basin for the project. The Department of Public Works will <br /> determine if the size of the basin is adequate for the proposed project. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment <br /> Lot Line Adjustment PA-0500482 affects the parcels contained in the Use Permit <br /> application. The applicant will need to complete this application. The Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment must be recorded prior to the applicant being issued a building permit for the <br /> olive mill. <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission hearing on December 1, <br /> 2005. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Use Permit <br /> application and responses from other agencies and provided all outstanding issues have <br /> been addressed, will be recommending that the Planning Commission approve the <br /> project subject to the following conditions: <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-0500686 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on _. The effective date of approval is_. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br /> PERMIT". The Site Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared <br /> by a registered civil engineer or licensed architect." This Plan must show drainage, <br /> driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the"SITE PLAN CHECK <br /> LIST" for details).
