Phase One is the construction of a <br /> 5,080 square foot cellar/shipping office. Phase Two is the construction of a 4,950 square foot <br /> cellar addition and a 3,900 square foot warehouse to be constructed within three years. Phase <br /> Three is the construction of a 4,950 square foot cellar addition and a 5,200 square foot <br /> processing building to be constructed within six years. Phase Four is the construction of a <br /> 20,000 square foot addition to an existing warehouse to be constructed within ten years. The <br /> project site is located on the northwest corner of East Live Oak Road and North State Route 88 <br /> Highway, accessed via a private road off of Live Oak Road,northeast of Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Cortopassi Partners LP APPLICANT: Brady Whitlow <br /> ADDRESS: 10201 East Live Oak Road, Stockton APN: 063-130-10 and 063-180-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area designated as Zone A and X(levee). The 100-Year Flood Elevation is undetermined. <br /> Live Oak Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet(25' north of centerline) and a planned right- <br /> of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> State Route 88 Highway has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and planned right-of-way width per <br /> Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit from Caltrans shall be required for all work within the State right-of-way. <br /> 2.
