The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or <br /> equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall <br /> be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval,prior to release of <br /> building permit.(Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time <br /> of payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Permit Registration Documents(PRD's)shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB)to comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification(WDID)Number issued by SWRCB <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Contact SWRCB at(916)341- <br /> 5537 for fiarther information. Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order <br /> 2009-0009-DWQ shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> 8. All new structures shall be setback a minimum of 15 feet from the Bear Creek's levee toe. <br /> 9. A State Central Valley Flood Protection Board's Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for work <br /> done on Bear Creek and within 15 feet of its levee toes. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control <br /> District(209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes.Best Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> (iii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an example,these requirements may include raising the finish <br /> floor elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> AC:JR <br />
