Live Oak Rd. , Lodi) (District 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Mr. & Mrs. Gerald Nixon APN: 065-290-14 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Live Oak Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 . Dedication to result in a 25 foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Live Oak Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of PARCELS 1 & 2 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 1 <br />
