(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Locke Road and Brandt Road, shall be installed across the frontages of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Said screening shall <br /> be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated <br /> street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent <br /> screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The design of the <br /> driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane <br /> of traffic. <br /> (2) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas for automobiles and trucks shall be located on the <br /> site. <br /> j. AIR QUALITY: Dust from the loading and movement of trucks on the property shall be kept at a <br /> minimum by the use of water trucks. <br /> k. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 days and the Conditions of <br /> Approval are met within six months from the date of this approval letter. <br /> 2.
