Analysis <br /> History <br /> In 1986, Wood Fiber Product was granted approval for the manufacturing of specialized wood products. The <br /> facility obtained approval to expand in 1989 and 1991. The site has been vacant for a number of years. <br /> General Plan <br /> The subject property is designated Limited Industrial on both toe-Ceenty's General Plan and Zoning <br /> maps. The General Industrial-Intermediate use type may be conditionally approved in an I-L zone with an <br /> approved Use Permit. <br /> Project <br /> The proposed project complies with all County development requirements. <br /> Traffic <br /> Caltrans is recommending that the applicant contribute on a "fair share' basis to a future left-turn lane at <br /> State Route 12 and Tretheway Road. The Department of Public Works is recommending that Condition <br /> 2.h. be attached to the project approval. Condition 2.1h. states that the applicant shall pay his fair share to <br /> provide for improvements at the aforementioned intersection.
