b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facility for soil amendment products as shown on the Plan submitted May 18,2000. c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the buildingpermit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The,drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum of 84 automotive parking spaces shall be provided, including four(4) accessible spaces,one of which shall be van accessible. (2) A minimum of three-(3)truck parking spaces shall be provided. (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Tide Section 9-1015.7) (4) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base may be used for outside storage areas. (Development Tide Section 9- 505.7[fD f. LOADING: Five (5) loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Tide Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Tide Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the follow ng: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Locke Road,shall be installed across the frontage of the project site.
