b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facility <br /> for soil amendment products as shown on the Plan submitted May 18,2000. <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License to the initiation <br /> of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the buildingpermit application. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The,drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum of 84 automotive parking spaces shall be provided, including four(4) accessible <br /> spaces,one of which shall be van accessible. <br /> (2) A minimum of three-(3)truck parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Tide Section 9-1015.7) <br /> (4) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes <br /> (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used <br /> for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. <br /> Aggregate base may be used for outside storage areas. (Development Tide Section 9- <br /> 505.7[fD <br /> f. LOADING: Five (5) loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in <br /> length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas <br /> for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Tide Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Tide Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the follow ng: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Locke Road,shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br />
