2). Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> g. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2). Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> i. HOURS OF OPERATION: The hours of operation shall be limited between the <br /> hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. <br /> j. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of Locke Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project <br /> site. <br /> 2). All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> 3). Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> k. OUTDOOR STORAGE: Outdoor storage of materials associated with the <br /> warehousing and distribution business shall be prohibited. <br /> I. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for <br /> a building permit: <br /> 1). A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with <br /> applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> 2). Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of <br /> Appendix III-A and III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> 3). Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of <br /> the California Building Code and California Electrical Code. <br />
