(5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> d. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> e. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of E. <br /> Lockeford Ranch Drive shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the new parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Fifteen <br /> (15)trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> (4) A five foot planting strip is required in the parking lot along the western property line. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.5[e]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way isles <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for one-way isles, expect that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h]) <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the western <br /> property line where the new parking lot area is proposed. (Development Title Section 1020.5[e]) <br /> 2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Raymond Borges, 468-3284) <br /> a. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department. (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6) <br /> 3.
