b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards CW-C11 or CW-C12 prior to finalization of the Site Approval. <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> d. "Entrance Only" and "Exit Only"signs shall be provided, installed, and maintained by the applicant. <br /> The signs shall be placed out of the County right-of-way. <br /> e. Due to the increase in paved area, the applicant shall submit engineering calculations and a <br /> drainage plan with collection paths and terminal drainage which shows that the existing drainage <br /> system has sufficient capacity or that detention of additional run-off to maintain pre-development <br /> levels shall be provided prior to finalization of this Use Permit. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3- PA-0500162 <br />
