(Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7 '/2 ) <br /> feet wide and sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a <br /> compact space, and make up no more than twenty-five (25) percent of <br /> the required spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> d. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting <br /> shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a <br /> hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> e. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate <br /> right-of-way width of E. Lockeford Ranch Road shall be installed across <br /> the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be <br /> barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 <br /> of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a <br /> minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the <br /> new parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. <br /> Fifteen (15) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the <br /> parking lot. <br /> (4) A five foot planting strip is required in the parking lot along the <br /> western property line. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5[e]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet <br /> for two-way isles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way isles, expect that in <br /> no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less <br /> than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected <br /> along the western property line where the new parking lot area is <br /> proposed.
