(Development Title Section 9- 1015.5[b]) (4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7 '/2 ) feet wide and sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more than twenty-five (25) percent of the required spaces. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of E. Lockeford Ranch Road shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the new parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Fifteen (15) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (4) A five foot planting strip is required in the parking lot along the western property line. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5[e]) f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way isles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way isles, expect that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the western property line where the new parking lot area is proposed.
