k) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2[g]) <br /> 1) NOISE: Stationary noise sources shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1025.9 of the Development <br /> Title. The maximum sound level is 50 dB Hourly Equivalent Sound Level daytime, 45 dB Hourly <br /> Equivalent Sound Level nighttime, 70 dB maximum sound daytime, 65 dB maximum sound <br /> nighttime. This applies to outdoor activity area of receiving use, or applies at lot line if no activity <br /> area is known. (Development Title Table 9-1025.9 Part II) <br /> m) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed occupancy will be M. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed A inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code,Table 4-1. <br /> 7) Engineered plans required for new structures, accessible restrooms and parking for Phase Two, <br /> 8) A soils report will be required. <br /> 9) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction <br /> drawings. <br /> 10) A copy of the Soils Report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division, Plan Check <br /> Section, at the time of the final submittal. <br /> n) CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: Appendix B and C <br /> of the California Fire Code and NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 503.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, section 906. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
