(Note: Driveway
encroachment permits are for flatwork only — all vertical features, including but not limited to
fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-
of-way.) (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5)
b. Parking in the
County right-of-way for all winery related events shall be prohibited. It is the responsibility of
applicant to monitor Locust Tree Road to ensure compliance with this requirement.
d If any marketing events are held for more than 150 people, the Department of Public Works
reserves the right to require a traffic study to determine the impacts and mitigation of the
proposed project. (A $706.00 fee currently is required for processing per
Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed.) (The fee will be based
on the current schedule at the time of payment.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5)
f.
