7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of Van Groningen & Sons. According to the records, <br /> the Site has been an almond orchard from 2011 through the present. A variety of <br /> agricultural chemicals were applied to the Site during this time period, as <br /> indicated on the attached pages in Appendix 5. No violations were identified. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on June 5, 2015 for mapped oil or <br /> gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified <br /> within the search area. <br /> 7.5National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> June 5, 2015 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within the search area. Local <br /> pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present. <br /> 8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> The following sources of past, current, on-site, and off-site contamination have <br /> been identified as a result of this investigation: <br /> Identified Contamination Source Evaluation <br /> 1.
