Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as <br /> potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br /> areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of <br /> submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$210.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated February 26, 2009 that <br /> has been approved. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$210.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin. County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is <br /> required. <br />
