Lone Tree Creek divides the property <br /> from east to west along the northern half of the parcel. <br /> Electrical transmission lines and towers are located near <br /> the center portion of the property. <br /> • Evidence of Past Uses of None observed <br /> Property? <br /> Odors? A slight petroleum odor was present near the above <br /> ground storage tank located west of the shop building/ <br /> Pools of Liquid? With the exception of rain water, no)pools of liquid were <br /> observed. <br /> Electric or hydraulic Four transformers were observed on the property. Two / <br /> equipment likely to contain of the transformers near the creek were marked with a <br /> polychlorinated biphenyls blue PCB free sticker. The two transformers near the <br /> (PCBs)? southern agricultural well were not marked with a PCB <br /> free sticker however, no leaks were observed. <br /> Storage tanks? An above ground storage tank not within secondary <br /> containment was observed west of the residence and <br /> shop building near the farm equipment storage area. No <br /> staining was evident; however, a fuel odor was present. <br /> Drums or other containers? Several five gallon containers were observed near the <br /> shop building however all containers appeared to be <br /> empty. <br /> _ Exterior On-Site Observations <br /> Pits, Ponds, Lagoons? With the exception of Lone Tree Creek, no pits, ponds or <br /> lagoons were observed. <br /> Stained soil or pavement? None observed <br /> Solid waste? A concrete debris pile was observed south of the creek <br /> on the east side of the property. <br /> Waste water discharge? one observed <br /> Wells or septic systems? Three wells were observed on the property. An <br /> tural well was observed on the east side of the <br /> property north of the creek.
