Mr. Tim McIsaac, as their representative, was informed by Mr. Rich Paulson of <br /> ck and Company that this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report was required <br /> re Tentative Map submittal. <br /> § 5.5As referenced above, the Appendices contain the documentation to support the applicable <br /> data and information found in this Report. <br /> 6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Chesney Consulting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspection <br /> and the subsurface investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate to <br /> the best of my knowledge, as of June 18, 2007. This was the date of the last inspection of the <br /> subject property. It is noted that there was no testing for any adverse environmental constituent. <br /> The purpose of this report was to exclusively inform the Client and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and <br /> under the property as of the date of the last inspection. This report is not a Phase I Environ- <br /> mental Site Assessment, and is therefore not to be used by prospective purchasers of the subject <br /> property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use of the Haertl Family <br /> Limited Partnership, their representatives, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> Chesney Consulting cannot assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any <br /> environmental hazards that may exist in locations that could not be directly observed. <br /> Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no way assures mitigation or <br /> elimination of environmental concerns. <br /> No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface <br /> conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The subject <br /> property(surface and subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented <br /> free from any and all environmental hazards.
