Mr. Dotinga did not have any knowledge of the two fuel UST's removed from the site in <br /> 1990. According to Mr. Dotinga a former farmer brought in the large AST located in the <br /> barn/residential area in the center of the site. The AST contained diesel fuel. The farmer <br /> also built a concrete catch box for an AST located in the center of the site in the barn <br /> and residential area. <br /> The culverts in the river drain water from the agricultural land during the winter. <br /> According to Mr. Dotinga no water from the dairy is diverted to the river.
