All water hose bibs must have backflow devices, <br /> and R/Ps are required at all chemical injection sites. <br /> F. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be retained on the premises so as <br /> not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> NOTE: A written five-year solid waste plan shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval with the appropriate fees at time of submittal <br /> G. All liquid and solid dairy wastes and vector problems associated with this dairy operation are <br /> to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter- <br /> Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Department hourly rate of$93.00 for response and correction as per Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> H. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) for the milk-barn septic system under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of <br /> development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> I. The Environmental Health Department is recommending the installation of monitoring wells <br /> on this dairy facility for ongoing groundwater monitoring of nitrates, Total Dissolved Solids <br /> (TDS), etc. The final determination of the installation of these wells and the monitoring <br /> required is subject to Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board approval. <br />
