Paulus to perform a Soils <br /> Suitability Study for the referenced project located at E. Lone <br /> Tree Road, Escalon, California. The property is located just <br /> east of Escalon-Bellota Road. The purpose of this study was to <br /> determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. <br /> The study was conducted in accordance with the requirements of <br /> Section 9-10100 (c) of San Joaquin County Ordinances . This <br /> study commenced on March 1, 1991 and was concluded on May 13, <br /> 1991 . <br /> II PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is currently zoned for <br /> Agricultural Use. Proposed Parcel 1 measures approximately <br /> 248 . 5' x 230' . Mr. Greg Jackson presently resides at the north <br /> side of this parcel, in a mobile home. His address is 25650 E. <br /> Lone Tree Road. He has resided at this location since 1982 . It <br /> is his intention to build a permanent residence on the proposed <br /> parcel and to install a new septic system.
