Since <br /> 1976 , the northeast side of Proposed Parcel 2 has been used as a <br /> rice drying company. There is a vacant mobile home located at <br /> the northwest side of Proposed Parcel 2 . At the southside of <br /> Proposed Parcel 2 is rice fields . <br /> Proposed Parcel 3 is an approximate 10 . 0 acre tract and has been <br /> rice fields for about 15 years . <br /> Prior to ownership of the property by Mr. Paulus, the land was <br /> open fields . <br /> IV SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are presently three ( 3) septic tank systems on the <br /> property. All septic systems were installed under San Joaquin <br /> County permits . Mr. Paulus reports no past or present problems <br /> with the septic systems . Please see the enclosed sketch for the <br /> approximate locations of the septic tank systems . <br /> V INTERVIEWS <br /> Neighbors within close proximity of the site were interviewed by <br /> Mr. Tucker of our firm. The following information was obtained: <br /> TENANT: Mr. Greg Jackson <br /> 25650 E. Lone Tree Road <br /> Escalon, CA <br /> Mr. Jackson reports that the septic system for his residence was <br /> installed about 9 years ago He reported no past problems with <br /> the septic system since living at the property. The septic <br /> system is located to the east side of his mobile home.
