He has a 1 , 200 gallon septic tank and reported no <br /> problems , past or present with the septic system. <br /> VI GROUND WATER DEPTH AND TESTING <br /> There is an operating well located on Mr. Paulus property. <br /> According to Mr. Paulus , the maximum depth of the well is about <br /> 210 feet. According to the map of "Lines of Equal Depth to <br /> Water in Wells " published by the San Joaquin County Flood <br /> Control and Water District in Spring of 1990, the depth to <br /> groundwater at this location is between 70 and 80 feet. <br /> A water sample was obtained from the well on March 1, 1991 . The <br /> sample was submitted to J.L. Analytical Services , Inc . , of <br /> Modesto, California on this same date. Testing was performed <br /> for the presence of EDB (ethelylene dibromide) , DBCP <br /> (dibromochloropropane) and Nitrates . A copy of the test results <br /> is enclosed herein. The results indicated that the substances <br /> tested were below the maximum concentration level allowed by <br /> law. <br /> VII SOIL PROFILE AND PERCOLATION TESTS <br /> On May 10 , 1991, six percolation test sites were drilled using a <br /> 6 " hollow stem auger. The test holes were drilled to a maximum <br /> depth of 25 feet.
