Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-91-1 <br /> Page 2 <br /> this subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 018 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Escalon area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 2 . Public Health Services: <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed <br /> prior to Parcel Map approval indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. A fee will be charged <br /> for the review of this study. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C.
