L <br /> December 4,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06150A <br /> I <br /> 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) list (October 2006), the Water Purveyors <br /> Quarterly Deport on MTBE(October 2006),and the Spills,Leaks,Investigations,and Cleanups(SLIC)list(V <br /> Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)'in <br /> an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release <br /> of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile <br /> radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no <br /> addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. <br /> L <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> him According to Diane Martinez of the EH ,no fil s were available for the subject property address of <br /> 27272 E.Lone Tree Road.5 <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006, and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, <br /> dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on November 6, 2006. No listed sites were found <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> AL3 San Joaquin CountyOdSce ofEmergency Services <br /> LThe San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site'was searched on November <br /> 20,2006 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property.
