One 7.5 minute map dated 1991 was available through Microsoft <br /> Terraserver. <br /> In the 1991 map, the subject property is depicted as open land. Irrigation canals flow through the <br /> V property.The property is depicted as approximately 125 feet above mean sea level. Surrounding land <br /> is orchard and open land with scattered residences. <br /> ir. This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> 6. <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property <br /> from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and <br /> L Disclosure Statement was completed by Roger Lang,owner of the subject property,on November 21, <br /> 2006. A copy of his responses has been included in this report as Appendix E. <br /> In his responses to the questionnaire,Mr. Lang indicated that he acquired the property in 1995. The <br /> current use of the property is pasture. He intends to split the northern 30 acres into three 10-acre lots, <br /> and then sell the lots. One 500 gallon above-ground storage tank of diesel fuel is located on the <br /> �. property. During the site visit Mr. Lang stated that it is refilled about every other year. Mr. Lang <br /> believes that the property was used for a dairy in the past <br /> 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> 3.1 Research Methods <br /> t NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the <br /> L. location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, <br /> and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets <br /> L within the quarter mile.
