b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a private right-of-way for access to six parcels in the <br /> Escalon Ranch Colony antiquated subdivision as shown on the Site Plan dated May 1, <br /> 2003. <br /> c. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new improvements <br /> shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a <br /> registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> d. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the Site Plan <br /> before submittal to the Community Development Department for an Improvement Plan. <br /> (See attached memo dated May 28, 2003) <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Association. <br /> (2) This Site Approval application will require a fire access road to be completed before the <br /> Improvement Plan is finalized. Please contact Fire Prevention at 209-468-3380 to <br /> schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> (3) This project will potentially serve more than three residences and shall comply with the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title Standard 9-1150.18 (Standards for This Project, <br /> Road Names and Road Name Changes, Public and Private). Please contact the <br /> Community Development Department at 209-468-2193 to complete this process prior <br /> to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> 2.
