The project is within the FEMA designated 100-year floodplain Zone AO depth 1 foot. As such, all <br /> structures must be elevated to 2 feet above the existing grade. <br /> 2. Will Serve letters are required from the City of Stockton for water and sanitary sewer services. <br /> 3. The proposed storm drain system will tie into the existing airport maintained system with terminal <br /> drainage to Weber Slough. <br /> 4. The proposed street circulation pattern does not match the layout shown in the Special Purpose Plan. <br /> The project proposal does not provide for improvement of Northrup Street nor the connection of <br /> Lockheed Street to CE Dixon Street. <br /> 5. The project is in the NPDES Phase 1 area and shall comply with all required storm water quality <br /> measures. <br /> 6. Sheet C-9 shows numerous utility lines running throughout the project site. What will happen to these <br /> utility lines? Are they still in use or will they be relocated or abandoned? Are there any easements in <br /> place? <br /> 7. The proposed street improvements will enlarge or join to existing airport maintained streets. <br /> Comments Regarding the Plan Set <br /> 1. The plan shall be revised to include typical street sections. <br /> 2. The plans need to be revised to provide adequate details at the conforms between the new and the <br /> existing improvements. <br /> 3. Drainage inlets shall be provided for all improved streets. <br /> 4. Will the 12 inch sewer line on Northrup Street near Longe Street be abandoned? If so, designate on the <br /> plan. <br /> 5. The landscape plan shows trees within the driveway connections to Northrup Street. <br /> 6. Streetlights need to be shown on the plans. <br /> 7. All improved street frontages need to include fire hydrants with standard spacing. <br /> 8. The plans need to call out or show the County Standard Details to be used for construction. <br /> 9. Frontage Improvements for one half the typical section shown in the Special Purpose Plan are required <br /> for Longe,Northrup, CE Dixon, R.A. Bridgeford(Boeing) and Stimson Streets. Full improvement for <br /> the typical section shown in the Special Purpose Plan is required for Lockheed Street. Provisions shall <br /> be made for two way traffic for all partially improved streets. Due to conflict with existing uses, <br /> improvement of Northrup could be phased and Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreements between <br />
