The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately one foot above the natural ground <br /> elevation. <br /> Stimson Street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 80 feet. Longe Street has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
