The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $646 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be <br /> verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after <br /> April 23, 1990. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 3. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $159 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as manufacturing. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5.
