State law requires certain projects <br /> within an airport area of influence to comply with all restrictions in the ALUC's <br /> Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> This property is located approximately 2 miles northeast of the Stockton <br /> Metropolitan Airport's 11-29 runway, within the conical surface. The proposed use <br /> of the property as a towing and storage facility conforms to the land use restrictions <br /> in the Airport Land Use Plan. According to the.applicant, no tall structures will be <br /> placed on the site, so height concerns are not an issue.
