CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-36 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. ,Title 24) . <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1) Parking shall be provided for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. ,Title 24) . <br /> 2) Identification signs for the parking space(s) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from each space (C.C.R. ,Title 24) . <br /> 3) The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.C.R. ,Title 24) . <br /> C. Obtain Demolition Permits for the structures to be removed. <br />
