SA-88-55 <br /> August 224r 1988 <br /> Page Three <br /> 3 . The Construction Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a. Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space(s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Identification signs for the parking space ( s ) , <br /> including the " tow away" sign , shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space (C .A. C . , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> C. The slope of the parking space(s ) shall not exceed 1 /4 <br /> inch per foot (C.A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The proposed building shall be set back thirty ( 30) feet <br /> from the ultimate right-of-way for Loomis Avenue . <br /> 2 . There shall be no outside storage. <br /> 3 . The number of employees per shift shall be limited to four <br /> (4) for each of the eight ( 8) planned shop/office/storage <br /> spaces . <br /> 4 . Lights shall not illuminate adjacent properties or create a <br /> glare problem. <br /> 5 . A wall mounted sign or a monument sign which meets the <br /> requirements of Section 9-3606 of the Planning Title shall <br /> be permitted . <br /> 6 . A trash enclosure , constructed on three sides with a solid <br /> wall and gated on the fourth side , shall be provided. <br /> 7 . Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be shown <br /> on the improvement plan. Landscape details shall include a <br /> key showing size , type number and spacing of all proposed <br /> plantings . Details of an automatic and timed sprinkler <br /> system shall be shown. All approved landscaping and <br /> sprinklers shall be in place prior to issuance of an <br /> occupancy permit . The landscaped areas designated on the <br /> site plan shall be planted in the following manner. <br /> a- Three ( 3) trees are required , each tree shall be a <br /> minimum of one ( 1 ) inch caliper and fifteen ( 15) gallon <br /> size at the time of planting and shall be double staked <br /> for one year. <br />
