Kathy Allen
January 23, 2006
3. City records indicate that the proposed grocery store site (Phase 2, APN 179-100-05)
and the adjacent parcel (APN 179-100-03) are not held in common ownership.
Therefore, to ensure appropriate access rights to/from Loomis Road as well as to
provide a minimum 25' driveway access (for two-way traffic) to the proposed Phase 2
grocery store site, said parcels should enter into a reciprocal access and parking
agreement. Said agreement should be in place and should be recorded at the San
Joaquin County Recorder's office prior to issuance of any building permit.
4. All vehicle parking and traveled areas should be paved to prevent the tracking of dirt
and debris onto Loomis Road.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application.
JAMES B.
