The 100- <br /> Year Flood Elevation will be approximately between 30 & 3 1 feet NGVD. <br /> RF"CO.MM.FNDATIONS: <br /> 1. The site is along a portion of the San Joaquin River that is State regulated. A permit or letter <br /> stating a permit is not required from the Central Valley Flood .Protection Board is required, at <br /> which time a San Joaquin county Watercourse Encroachment permit may be required for the <br /> project.
