PA-1000010 of Eagal Lakes Resort, LLC (c/o Bernice <br /> Nickols) to revise condition 1.1b. regarding the phasing timeline for a Previously Approved Site Approval <br /> application for ttie expansion of an existing private water ski club. The revision is to extend the time to begin <br /> Phase 2 from 36 months (three years) to 84 months (seven years) and Phase 3 from 60 months (five years) <br /> to 132 months (eleven years) from the original date of approval. Phase 1 to include a 3,400 square foot <br /> restroom and storage building, Phase 2 to include a 5,000 square foot lounge and hospitality room. Phase 3 <br /> to include a 7,200 square foot office, restroom, storage and concession building. These parcels are not <br /> under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) <br /> and the General Plan designations are A/G (General Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource Conservation). <br /> The project site is located adjacent to the San Joaquin River, approximately % mile northeast of the east <br /> terminus of Lorenzen Road, southwest of Manteca. (APN/Address 239-140-03, -06/12 West Lorenzen <br /> Road, Tracy) (Supervisorial District 5). <br /> LEAD AGENCY: San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> TELEPHONE NO.: (209) 468-3120 <br /> This-is to advise that the San Joaquin County Community Development Department has approved <br /> the above-described project on December 2, 2016, and has made the following determinations <br /> regarding the above described project: <br /> 1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br /> 2. A Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br /> 3. Findings were not adopted pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br /> 4. A Statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. <br /> 5.
