MC/KEE (C/O FFREEVES SANDI AND TOPSOIL) <br /> ----------��-J��_Sal•_h0_U1$e_J7SJ_�G a e}_s.a± ---------------- <br /> This application is to excavate 299 , 214 cubic yards from 114 <br /> acres in four phases. This is an expansion of previously <br /> approved Agricultural Grading Excavation No. GX-94-02 . This site <br /> is located on the southwest corner of Manthey Road and Louise <br /> Avenue, west of Lathrop. <br /> Because this site is excavated at a level lower than allowed <br /> under its approved Excavation Permit, the performance guarantee <br /> will include both stockpiling material and providing a financial <br /> security. Also, to ensure that this project will enhance <br /> farming, the grading is required to be completed prior to the <br /> October 15, 1997 . <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Agricultural Excavation Application No. ^C was approved by the <br /> Community Development Department on ^C. The effective date of <br /> approval is ^C. This approval will expire on September 30, 1996 <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> and (2) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application.
