�. .We <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> HAROLD ROUSE, TRUSTEE <br /> SA-91-29 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. This approval shall only be for the storage of baled <br /> plastic under the truck loading canopy. <br /> b. There shall be no retail sales or citizen drop off of <br /> recyclable materials as part of this approval. <br /> C. Hours and days of operation shall be limited to 8 : 00 a.m. <br /> to 5: 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. <br /> d. Landscaping: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required <br /> along the frontage of Louise Avenue. The strip <br /> shall be continuous except where it is crossed by <br /> driveways. This strip shall contain one tree for <br /> each 30 feet of frontage. <br /> (2) Required trees shall be trees selected from the <br /> County ' s Approved Tree List. <br /> (3) The installation of the landscaped strip along the <br /> frontage of Louise Avenue may be deferred at the <br /> discretion, of the Director of the Community <br /> Development Department upon execution by the owner <br /> of a deferred landscape improvement agreement. The <br /> agreement shall be executed prior to final approval <br /> of the improvement plan, and the landscaping will <br /> be installed at the time the frontage improvements <br /> for Louise Avenue are constructed. <br />
