CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-91-29 PAGE TWO (4) In order to ensure installation of the landscaped strip, and compliance with the conditions of approval, the owner shall provide a financial guarantee in the form of a performance bond. The amount of the bond shall be based upon the estimated cost of installing the approved landscaping and irrigation plan and be approved by the Board of Supervisors. e. Parking requirements: (1) . A minimum of two parking spaces shall be provided. (2) . All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be delineated. (3) . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Section 9-3704 (a) ) (4) . One loading space shall be provided for each 3 , 000 square feet of gross floor area. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, with a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. on-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Section 9-3705) f. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the project site. g. Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign conforming to Planning Title Section 9-3606. h. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. i. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to the approved Improvement Plan.
