CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-29 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> (4) In order to ensure installation of the landscaped <br /> strip, and compliance with the conditions of <br /> approval, the owner shall provide a financial <br /> guarantee in the form of a performance bond. The <br /> amount of the bond shall be based upon the <br /> estimated cost of installing the approved <br /> landscaping and irrigation plan and be approved by <br /> the Board of Supervisors. <br /> e. Parking requirements: <br /> (1) . A minimum of two parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> (2) . All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br /> (3) . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be paved and permanently maintained <br /> with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided where necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Section 9-3704 (a) ) <br /> (4) . One loading space shall be provided for each 3 , 000 <br /> square feet of gross floor area. Each space shall <br /> be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in <br /> width, with a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. <br /> on-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used <br /> in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as <br /> maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are <br /> provided. (Section 9-3705) <br /> f. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the <br /> project site. <br /> g. Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign <br /> conforming to Planning Title Section 9-3606. <br /> h. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> i. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to <br /> the approved Improvement Plan. <br />
