The frontage improvement for Louise Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of an 84-foot right-of-way industrial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement <br /> Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> Works Department and submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department for approval. As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00. ) <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> C. The well must be tested for DBCP, nitrate and bacteria. <br />
