The frontage improvement for Louise Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- half of an 84-foot right-of-way industrial street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for approval.
