issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, whichever comes first. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[f]) (2) A minimum of 25 parking spaces shall be provided, including one space for the physically disabled (one space is required for every employee; one space is required for every customer). (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) g. LOADING: Six loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Louise Avenue, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. (Development Title Section 9- 1020.9) (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.9) (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.9) (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Three trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. A five-foot-wide planting strip is required in the parking lot along the property lines. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage materials and related activities, including trash bins, shall be enclosed by a screen six to eight feet in height.
