A Knox Box Key System shall be provided, per the Uniform <br /> Fire Code , for all gates and buildings without available <br /> patrolled security . <br /> e . The owner/developer shall provide fire facility fees in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance . The Fire <br /> Chief shall provide the owner/developer with findings <br /> which establish the fees .
