A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side . <br /> e . The gate or gates shall be recessed a minimum of ten feet <br /> from the property line (per Section 9-3233 [g) ) ; or an <br /> electronically controlled gate shall be installed. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works: <br /> a. Public sanitary sewer and water services shall be pro- <br /> vided. Annexation to the Lathrop County Water District is <br /> required. <br /> b. The developer shall agree to participate in an Area of <br /> Benefit or other financial mechanism for the Reclamation <br /> District 17 levee improvement project . <br /> C . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, access road details , on-site <br /> parking, and grading shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . Drainage shall be retained <br /> on-site . <br /> d. An encroachment permit is required for work at Harlan <br /> Road . Plans of the construction shall be approved by the <br />
