Project conform with the 1991 Uniform Fire Code and all <br /> related standards . <br /> 2 . All structures shall be fire sprinkler protected in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the National Fire <br /> Protection Association (NFPA) , Pamphlet 13 . <br /> 3 . Fire Department Fire Facility Fee 's are to be paid in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance and <br /> Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. <br /> Industrial/Commercial @ $ . 21 per sq. ft . <br /> 4 . A pressurised water system with diesel back-up shall be <br /> provided in accordance with the requirements of the NFPA, <br /> Pamphlets 20 and 24 . <br /> 5 . Fire flows shall be as required by the Uniform Fire Code <br /> (UFC) , 1991 Edition, Appendix 3-A. <br /> 6 . An approved Fire Permit from the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> District shall be required prior to the installation of <br /> the fuel dispensing system. <br /> 7 . The Fire Access Road shall meet the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Works Standard. <br /> 8 .
