The County shall monitor traffic at the intersection of French Camp Road and Airport Way <br /> to determine the appropriate type and timing of traffic control measures. <br /> g. The project proponent shall either widen shoulders, limit minor street/driveway access, <br /> and provide left-turn lanes as specified in the Final EIR, or widen critical roadway sections <br /> to four lanes of travel. <br /> h. The project proponent shall reconstruct that portion of Lovelace Road along the project <br /> frontage to provide for a center tum lane. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation test shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2) <br /> b. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area shall <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development Title Sections <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the existing septic tank under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the office/maintenance building. <br /> Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system underthe provisions of Title 22,CCR,will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> f. Destroy or property seal and abandoned wells under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> g. Obtain a revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit. <br /> h. Floor drains shall be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> aboveground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system shall <br /> be designed by a registered engineer. If the aboveground holding facility has to be <br /> emptied,first analyze the contents for any hazardous material.
