Item No. 3 <br /> PC: 7-15-93 <br /> UP-93-2 <br /> Page 17 <br /> d. Fire flows shall be as required by the Uniform Fire Code (UFC), 1991 Edition, Appendix <br /> 3-A. <br /> e. Access roads shall be provided in accordance with the UFC, 1991 Edition. <br /> 6. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. Suspend dust-producing activities during periods of high winds when dust control <br /> measures are unable to avoid visible dust plumes. <br /> b. Odor complaints shall be referred to the District for processing under Rule 4107. <br /> C. During the dry season (May-October),the project proponent shall provide equipment and <br /> staffing for watering all exposed or disturbed soil surfaces at least twice daily, including <br /> weekends and holidays. A dust palliative of suppressant, added to the water before <br /> application, shall be utilized. <br /> d. The project proponent shall undertake periodic dean-up of mud and dirt carried onto <br /> paved roads from the site. <br /> e. The project proponent shall apply for an Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate for <br /> the gasoline dispensing system and the emergency stand-by diesel-fired generators. <br /> 7. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES: <br /> a. The facility operator shall update its current Hazardous Materials Management Plan <br /> (HMMP) within 30 days of any change to the facility. Any changes to any part of the <br /> HMMP shall require the facility operator to notify OES. <br /> b. The Site Plan on file with OES shall be updated within 30 days of any change to the <br /> facility. <br /> C. Any change in the amount or relocation of hazardous materials on the site requires <br /> notification by the facility operator within 30 days of any change to the facility. <br /> 8. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The project proponent shall secure approval from the District prior to any encroachment <br /> into the District's drainage or easement facilities. <br /> b. The District shall approve of all off-site improvements which may affect District facilities. <br /> C. If the project site is subject to flooding from adjacent agricultural lands, the project <br /> proponent shall take appropriate measures to prevent such flooding from surrounding <br /> irrigation farm land. <br />
