(2) POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPACT: EFFECTS ON PG&E SERVICE FACILITIES Relocation of the existing gas mains and transmission lines may be necessary and would be at the developer's expense. In addition, dedication of new public utility easements may also be necessary. The relocation of PG&E infrastructure and dedication of new utility easement areas should be considered as part of this project in order to ensure that the required facilities and easements are developed in a coordinated manner. Finding: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the Final EIR. The mitigation measure is listed below. Statement of Fact: The impact will be reduced by the following: Compliance with PG&E service requirements shall be as specified: • Relocation of PG&E facilities shall be at the developer's expense. • Dedicate public utility easements for gas and electrical services to the satisfaction of PG&E (3) POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPACT: WATER USAGE Increased water demands and usage due to the expansion of the facility may adversely affect the area's groundwater quantity. Statement of Fact: The impact will be reduced by the following: All on-site access roads shall be paved so that water usage for dust control is minimized. A street sweeper shall be used for the cleaning of roads and paved areas. A water recycling system shall be utilized for truck and equipment washdowns.
