The developer shall construct a new access drive between <br /> Lovelace Road and the Hayre Farms chicken brooding facility. <br /> Details of the access drive shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan, shall be constructed to minimum Fire Code <br /> and County standards, and shall be installed prior to <br /> issuance of any building permits for the approved use. <br /> 14 . Any necessary relocation of Pacific Gas & Electric Company <br /> facilities shall be at the developer ' s expense and shall be <br /> installed in accordance with PG & E standards for <br /> construction. <br /> 15 . Construction-related activities shall cease during periods <br /> of high winds. <br /> 16. All exposed or disturbed soil surfaces shall be watered <br /> twice a day, and a dust palliative or suppressant used, from <br /> May 1 through October 31 each year. <br /> 17 . All waste handling and transfer operations shall take place <br /> within the approved transfer building and the tipping floor <br /> shall be swept regularly with a mechanical sweeper. All <br /> doors, windows, and unscreened openings shall remain closed <br /> unless in actual use. Commercial pest control service shall <br /> be provided around the perimeter of the building. <br /> 18 . Construction-related activities shall be limited during the <br /> hours of 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday, to limit <br /> noise impacts on adjacent property. <br /> 19 . Fixed and portable noise-generating equipment shall be <br /> located away from property lines. <br /> 20. All internal combustion engines and equipment shall be <br /> equipped with mufflers and maintained in proper working <br /> condition, <br /> 21 . The storm retention pond shall be constructed and maintained <br /> according to the requirements of the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> 22 . The cut slopes of the excavation area of the old landfill on <br /> the northern portion of the site shall not exceed two (2) <br /> feet horizontal to one (1) foot vertical (2 : 1) . All <br /> excavated material shall be properly disposed of at a County <br /> Landfill. <br />
